Darknet markets exist and deal in crypto, and the lion's share of wares are drugs. This board has plenty of discussion regarding all aspects of this field.
Now, it's relatively accessible and easy to grow drugs and sell online on DNMs if you have a grasp of e-commerce experience and a good handle on opsec, but is it actually a good thing to do, ethically speaking?
I used to vape nicotine for like 4-5 years, and I have had hemp/weed vapes/prerolls/dabs from time to time during that time, and I realized that it was harder and harder for me to use my brain effectively on them. Gradually I lost a decent amount of my cognitive ability and only recently started to get some of it back after a year of quitting cold turkey and enduring all the stress and withdrawal.
Is it ethical, in your opinion, to expose your customers to the same risks you may personally want to avoid? Should you care about your customers' wellbeing, or is this a pointless question?
As an aside, I miss the diy ethos of vape shops in the early 2010s where shit was fun and new and anyone could get involved and trade their products, as opposed to the Pakistani-Indian-Chinese monopoly that vaping and weed is today, which ends up fucking people up. I believe that if the old vibe came back, people would want to care about one another instead of fucking over the whole scene and by extension, the markets.
Just some of my thoughts, please share yours.

But on the flip side lots of people like me buy THCA hemp online for like 40 bucks for half an ounce. Highly recommend wild flower hemp co or holy city farms. Make sure you look up your local laws to see if thca hemp is still legal.

He sells a pack of four tablets for $33, I believe it's about $15 profit per pack, but people buy three packs or more at once. We sold six packs in the three hours I was there. I know they're considering banning 7OH because it's genuinely on par with Oxys from what I've heard.

So who cares what is ethical. Real question is the legality. A DNM is the closest thing we will come to a free market. You're providing a service so do it to the best of your ability and you will rise to the top of trusted vendors. Don't cut corners. Setup a clean room with the right ventilation. Put on your PPE *every* *single* *time* you go in there and you will most likely run for years. 100% you are going to eventually be caught but if you followed pro opsec, and have 25-50k set aside for a top tier defense team (that's just the retainer!), then you may get to walk away.

So do not go for anything chemistry related (cocaine, Meth, Ketamine, MDMa, Extazy etc.)
Keep it "Natural" and for me your pretty much 100% ethical. Wanna fuck the government? Give them 30% of all you sell as "taxes" through donations. When they'll arrest you (only a matter of time) for dealing drugs, just tell the police you have given X amount of dollars to the local Town hall that comes from your business.
