Well, this product is sold in all shapes and sizes absolutely everywhere. It's a crappy financial product for mass consumption. That's more or less my point. That construct is defined by the government (e.g. how much shielding of personal assets should be available when you form a business? How should we handle air space or mineral rights on land someone purchases?) since they're the ones with the monopoly on violence, so it doesn't make sense to say that a government should just referee people going out and getting their own wealth (which I interpreted as e.g. court decisions on contract disputes) since the government, as the body that sets the property rights, necessarily has their thumb on the scale of how you or I can go get wealth.
