If you're actually serious about networking, making online friends, in online spaces, is the worst way to go.

Find hobbies that can be enjoyed in groups and socialise that way.
Be it sports, tabletop gaming, art or whatever tickles your fancy.
Then when, and if you meet people that you enjoy the company of in these groups you can create an interesting network.

I'm also somewhat anti social but also extroverted. Meaning, I really enjoy and value being alone and time to myself.
I was a shut in for many years, three years ago changed it all and now have grown my circle and network. Met lots of interesting people and had fun and exiting opportunities arise which wouldn't have if I had remained an epic gamer autist.

I'm on Nostr network, it's similar to Twitter, but is integrated with Bitcoin Lightning network. There's a lot of rapid development happening on Nostr. People are launching apps regularly that clone other social media apps, like video hosting and voice chats. It's almost entirely crypto bros, the only downside is they are Bitcoin maxis mostly.
