If you have your seed on a cold wallet (a physical, non electronic medium not connected to anything) then no one is getting that unless they physically break in and acquire it. Which can happen but is way less likely than some jeet or NSA exploiting some zero day exploit to open up Bitcoinseed.txt or your computer dying or flash drive getting wiped.
You can add additional parameters to the cold wallet like "it should be durable and able to withstand a fire or flood" and "it should be secure enough that someone actually has to want to be obviously bad to get it" etc. but yeah a cold wallet is obviously safer.
