alts bleed while btc consolidates, once it breaks into true price discovery they rapidly catch up and outperform. this is also highly correlated to s&p vs small cap stocks and if you look at russell 2000 it has now broken out of long consolidation and is aiming for ath, opening the floodgates for high risk on environment. tldr new aths in 30-60 days
