I've been in crypto since 2016 and only have 300k right now. I have gained and lost the same few hundred K over two cycles.

Also Kin, Dragonchain, Blackmoon, Elixir, Ethbet, Qash, OMG, Mysterium, Loopring, and a ton of other scams I threw ether into that would've been several hundred thousand if I just kept in fucking bitcoin.

- exercise is the best investment you can make in your health so do it anyway

Pay some professionals to vie you a good time, try a different one each time so you don't get emotionally fixated, do this every couple weeks for a few months. Not being stressed and sad will be a big improvement in your quality of life.
- go to school, develop a hobby and social skills, start a low-risk business and pay your staff well. Being a well rounded person is important to women. kept hearing about this buzz in crypto, about how it's gonna rise, btc was around 3-4k?
I had 1000 in rainy day funds and was a complete noob in the investing scene, sank at least 1 week of constant research, let my doubts get the best of me, "this isn't for me, I can't afford this, etc"
even though I only had 1000, I didn't know you could own a fraction of a coin, I thought you had to buy the whole coin
later that year in the fall BTC jumps to 20k? then it went to 50k, then 100k, and now 110k
not even BTC, if I had invest my 1000 into ETH at that time, my portfolio would be around the 10k ballpark give or take?
now ever since covid with my first stimulus check, there's no more hesitation
now my total investment is around 18k in both crypto and stocks, and my total portfolio is around double at 43k
don't think I'll be rich enough to retire early, but it will make my 30s and 40s smoother and that's good enough for me

I was one of the dumbasses that was targeted due to the coinbase databreach. I was scammed out of well over six figures. Then about two months later I was fully reimbursed. I had to sign an agreement not to sue coinbase. Fucking crazy.
