Finally after 5 years of investing, I made it to six figure hell this year. I have ~180k (120k in crypto, 60k in stonks)

I'm 32 yo, is it possible to make it to seven figure hell before I hit 35?

If you try that, there's a 90% chance you will be back in four figure hell by 2026.

I've been in 6 figure hell since 2017 fren. People say the first 100k is the hardest, I disagree. The same risk you took to get 100k is not the same amount of risk you cam feasibly take to get to 1 mil. You certainly can and it possibly may work but if not it is devastating and you end up in a situation like the anon above me posted. Godspeed I hope it works out for you

hahahahaha
if you took this long for 180k you'll start to understand what 6 figure hell is at 35

Sounds like a skill issue. Sure, I made a lot of mistakes and barely got to 6 figures after the 2017 bull run ended. But it only took 3 years after that for me to reach 7 figures.

>the first 100k is the hardest
that quote by charlie munger was made back when 100k was the equivalent of 1mil today or even more

I'm in the middle of 7 figure hell at 38. Which is even worse than 6 figure hell. It's too much money to consider working, but it's too little money to live a permanent lifestyle without worrying about something going wrong (bank/broker going bankrupt and taking your assets with them, crypto assets being stolen, investments going to zero).

Hope I escape to 8 figure heaven before hitting 40 so I can live a bit more peaceful.

Welcome. It's pretty comfy here. I don't get all the hubbub. I'm 31 and around the same amount. Just stacking and chilling. If I lose it, who cares? I went for a MS and got a decent paying job as a result so it's just DCA and chill from here my boy.
Unless you went the retard route of skipping college, being a miser, and squirrelling away as much as possible then its all smooth sailing friendo.

I'm in mid 6 figs hell. If I do nothing but safe investments for the next 10 years I get to the mythical £1m. But we all know that is just a nice round number - it isn't enough to make it.
But that is the life I've chosen now. Moderately frugal living with some luxuries.
