when MSTR moons and mNAV is high you get a lot of premium above NAV to buy BTC but its expressed in different types of horses including mythical creatures

Everyone already knew about unicorns, so they wanted to show that they are post-unicorn, the "pegasus", and they added some pre-unicorns in there too so it looks like it's an inevitable progression (unicorn came after racehorse, and what will come after unicorn?).

its pretty simple; the more you can abuse zombie capital which increases your mNAV and the less of your company you sell in the process, the better

every publicly traded company in the world runs on zombie capital keeping them afloat and profitable. mstr weaponizes the system against itself as bitcoin is the best asset to stick your money into

under the red dotted line is not no horse zone so you can't issue equity because you are diluting existing shareholder NAV and dilution is "no horse" that's the first thing you need to understand
then when MSTR trades in the markets at a premium to NAV this IS horse now to figure out what type of specific horse you are you can use the graph to check the premium to NAV

Nice digits
I think I'm starting to get it.

So the equity is the money that people invested into the company. You want that to be higher because you want people to keep their money in your company, so 100% is best.

The mnav is the value of the stock that they bought compared to where they bought it at.

Is this right?

MSTR trades in the markets at a value that "mister market" subscribes to MSTR this can be higher than NAV or lower than NAV the BTC stack + the software company also have a value that can be calculated (i usually just ignore the software company completely and just use the BTC stack as NAV)
when Saylor presses the equity print button and issues shares he is "diluting" existing shareholders but this does not matter because he uses that money to buy more BTC but if MSTR would trade at 1x NAV then you are just moving money around and not doing anything if you are doing it below 1x NAV you actually ARE diluting shareholders (stealing) because you can only generate BTC yield when there is a premium to NAV when issuing equity
so why would you buy MSTR instead of just BTC? well you get "some" btc in the NAV component and you get a BTC yield projected into the future also if you want to speculate mNAV usually expands massively in a bull market and you are already leveraged because of the debt position

the real question would probably be how much of a premium to NAV would YOU subscribe to MSTR for the fact that they have a moat around the company that is basically insurmountable at this point or how much money would you need to buy 600k BTC under current liquidity conditions as long as that price is not zero money will keep flowing into MSTR

I consulted perplexity.

I think I get it now.

You want high mnav because that's how the value of the company is perceived above the actual value of the assets they own.

So a 2x mnav means that investors are saying that the company is worth 2x more than the actual assets that the company has.

A company wants a high equity retained percent because that means that the company doesn't have a lot of debt.

it depends. Saylor wants high mNAV because he thinks hes a Pegasus when he issues equity at those mNAV levels he will still issue equity and generate BTC yield even when he thinks hes a rocking horse. But as an investor into MSTR its not wise to buy when Saylor thinks hes a Pegasus but way better when he thinks hes a rocking horse or even no horse at all.
when Saylor thinks hes not a horse is the absolute best time to buy because at that point he could just buy his own shares back and generate BTC yield that way.
