It's never a bad idea to buy gold and silver, just don't expect crazy returns.
However if you have a comfortable income and want to hedge against inflation, then 100% yes

Gold is just keeping track of REAL inflation your money isnt growing by earning 600% in 20yrs, that is just keeping up with inflation, thats the baseline performance just to be poor. Gold is like a savings account.

If you put $1m in GLD 20yrs ago it would be $6m now, whooptefuckin-do; investing in MAG7 stocks 20yrs ago shits all over that. You have to stay invested in the most profitable companies in the world if you want any chance to escape inflation hell.

No retard, inflation doesnt happen uniformly and equally over time. It comes in bursts and waves. When the govt numbers for inflation from 2021-2023 were 30% they were more like 100%

silver hasn't actually gone up much. gold-to-silver ratio is still bad. all the metals are pumping though.
silver paper markets are rigged anyway. but every missile and battery needs silver, and there's not so much of it.

No, I'm a real poster unlike a large percentage of this board that just shills low mcap crypto scams or worships [LINK|XRP|BTC]. Gold is definitely overvalued, but it can still go up a lot from here anyways. Long term, due to the exponential decay of the dollar, it really doesn't matter in terms of dollar prices, and in the end a slab of a shiny rock is still a slab of a shiny rock.

jews and streetshitters are printing paper silver trying to quell demand then getting absolutely wrecked when they are forced to deliver physical silver that they dont have. There are about 400 claims per bar of silver trying to hush the great demand for tangible assets. jewish poos are toast. They get demolished every time silver goes up.

I will not be surprised if COMEX defaults once silver starts to break out to it's true value
Of course what will happen then is the paper silver price collapsing, and physical silver prices exploding

The 1000IQ move is to buy physical silver, then short paper silver.
It will seem counterintuative and like you're just covering your position, but you stand to make gains on both bets.
In essence you're making money from doing something completely safe

You have too much trust in the system.
I would not have a problem with a silver stock if it existed at a realistic ratio of 1:1, or even 1:2, or even 1:10.
However it exists at a ratio of 1:100, and with that amount you can easily manipulate the value to unrealistic values.
If people were to ask for delivery right now, COMEX would collapse and people would not get their silver, which it says they have on paper.

>>60620173
The bet is a decoupling of paper silver and physical silver. It has already happened once in 2008, when paper silver was at 9$ per oz, and physical silver was at 20$ per oz.
No one was selling and COMEX could not deliver.

2020 3 stimulus checks from Trump + Biden policy and rate hikes caused massive wave of spending in 2021 followed by massive wave of saving 2021-2024.
We are in a temporary meltup that people are calling a bull market but the 2026/2027 recession was baked in through these policies.
The economy is going to crash just like 2007-2008 except even sooner because of the upcoming rate cuts that will force more inflows.
Speculation is going to be wild for a short time but it will be evident that the rally cant go on forever.
