What if there was a state-sponsored sex market for innovators and hard workers?
Women could sign up and get matched up with guys based on various factors such as contribution to the GDP. For example, if a man builds a company that contributes a lot to society he would get a coupon of some sort to get to have voluntary sex with a woman who signed up for the program. Or employers can give the coupons to their top performers. All market-driven. This is morally consistent with our increasingly profit-first values. What do you folks think?

The women would get modest monthly payments as passive income for participating with additional payment after each sex session.

They're called prostitutes and you prove your "GDP contribution" by having the money to pay them
