The photos metadata says it was taken in 2024. The photo also shows pilasters supporting a breezeway, diagonal parking spaces, and an evergreen tree. I also see what looks like a pine tree but it could be an electrical pole. The pilasters also appear to be stucco which is common in the south. There is also a cart coral.

If this is true then makes it tough, since I checked Sherwin-Williams's list of new stores and many of them are in new developments so you can't see if there's a gas station or anything else there because nothing was built yet.
