Are there any books or resources that go past the surface level of Deal Analysis and the math involved? I am trying to get into real estate investing and I would like to further educate myself before I do something like buy property or become an agent.

Hell yeah man I was looking for a new book. I read one up on wallstreet by peter lynch last and it was pretty good. I should be able to understand to a degree, I have the next few years to save, trying to get away from my wife because shes a psycho and wont let me do any of this, fuck her though i am doing a long play here to get out of marriage with money in my pocket and also be able to use that money early into the recovery so im thinking 7 to 10 years.
