I have reason to believe my europoor cuntry's fiat will be massively inflated over the course of the next 12 months. It won't be hyper inflation but will be a 50% to 100% increase in prices over 12 months.

What is the best hedge against this? I already have some crypto from a good while back, but the rest of my savings are in fiat, and I want my hedge to be bigger. I see btc, xmr, and gold have all gone up already and wonder if it would be unwise to bet on them again.

Thots?

Yeah, national bank will dump our currency reserves upon adopting euro, which amount to half of our money supply, effectively doubling the money in circulation, most of it will go to corrupt politicians who will immediately use it to buy votes from poor gypsies, both with social benefits and outright vote buying, so the effect on inflation will be higher. On top of that the commercial banks will have their minimum reserves go from 10% to 1%. And we have a very low interest rate, lower then most in the union. Expenditures are already pricing in this inflation slowly but surely, they do it little by little to not freak anyone out.

Interesting idea, someone else recommended it to me but I honestly don't know much about stablecoins, heard tether specifically had some scandal with the usd backing they have. Will look into it and will check if I can get it easily and preferably custodially.

If you are holding short term, then I would just recommend purchasing some Euro denominated bonds. Long term, a mix of Gold, BTC, and index funds.
In the short run, the dollar is weakening, so I would avoid buying anything dollar denominated, and Bitcoin has unstable cycles, so if you need the money in a year, you might get screwed. Same with stocks if there is a downturn.

Others have recommended index funds and gold/silver to me aswell. Main thing is I only understand computers and hate banks, so I look for digital stuff only, it's easier for me.

I'm looking long term, I never need money in the short term, if I ever do then we are probably fucked big time and the internet would have cut out by then, so no digital assets anyways.

The euro denominated bonds gave me an idea though, what about dEURO? The euro stablecoin. Thinking of buying it alongside BTC, XMR, ETH, LTC, USDT/USDC. Just an even 6 way split amongst all of them.

>The dollar is weaking
Anyone who presents this as as an actual point doesnt know what the fuck they are talking about. Like actually shut the fuck up.

The dollar is so ridiculously strong in purchasing power that Americans are literally being robbed daily. Take your USD shit to any other country and youll never want to go back after seeing how jaw droppingly far 1000 bucks takes you. "Weakening" doesnt mean shit it hard mogs so many other official currencies its THE one to be earning.

I understand what you mean, I take out a mortage now and if my prediction is true the house price increases with everything else, while my mortage stays the same. It's a good idea but I am far too much of a pussy to go into debt, even with the super low interest rates in my cuntry. Would rather just save the money I already have.

Bulgarian bro, greekfaggot here. You are in the same boat as us.

Withdraw all your savings into an ibkr account. Throw it all on vcwe. Apply for margin and sell puts for income. Any money you dont need, throw in crypto Its the only way to not lose.

Americans think every other country is the third world.

The euro is stronger than the dollar and has been getting stronger recently. The pound is obviously much stronger and similarly is only getting stronger. Pretty much every 1st world currency is gaining against the dollar. The dollar is the most debased of all the major currencies, and its value is only propped up by its reserve status.

Americans I feel don't really understand how poor they are because they have a culture of equivocating debt and wealth.
