OP I hope you're still in this thread, look up supplements for tinnitus, I believe magnesium and thiamine combined should help. Tinnitus is a nerve issue so anything that promotes blood flow or nerve health should help.

There is no cure afaik. I had mine for almost a year now and thankfully I got used to it. I almost always forget it’s there now. When I first got it, I considered kms.

One thing I noticed is that no one knows much about it. ENTs are a waste of time. It’s just a guessing game for them and they always default to it being a hearing loss issue. I have “profound hearing loss” and they tried to sell me $4k-$6k hearing aids. I had a brain mri done and it came back negative for anything. Coincidentally, my tinnitus started around the time I had a tooth infection / root canal done, but I never made the connection until recently. I came across a video where they said people getting tinnitus from dental related issues is more common than not. Even if you don’t feel like you have any problems, it might be worth considering finding a dentist that does CBCTs (cone beam CT scans). You can have u deleting problems related to hearing / tinnitus. I just recently made an appointment to get scanned so I’m curious to see what it shows.

No, but if I play my cards right, I can satisfy my biological need to eat for a couple of years, and if that doesn't work, then a dog or even an npc will do, It's a matter of perspective

>ogical need to eat for a couple of years, and if that

I've had tinnitus in just one ear for something like 18 years. Had brain scan, saw several ENTs. One of them, I went back to again because I was desperate and he said "I don't know why you're here."
I tried supplements, exercise, the head thumping thing, noise therapy, wax cleaning. Nothing works. Still have the shrieking buzz in my left ear. I think it was from a combination of aspirin, tylenol, ibuprophen, caffeine and nicotine, all of which can damage your hearing.
