The french economy is fucking huge and just like Greece in 2011 France doesn't control their own money (retarded I know)
Remember when Greece almost destroyed the entire world's economy?
It's like that but with a much bigger country
The difference between french and US/Japanese debt is that France doesn't have their own independent central bank therefor no lender of last resort therefor markets panic

Is the EU central bank solvent enough to take on that much? I thought it was basically Germany and France keeping the EU going after brexit, and Im going to be real here, I stopped going to most cities in europe almost 10 years ago due to the amount of ruination in general from the cultural enrichment process, so id hate to see how bad it is there now.

It would be sudden unexpected deflation if anything. The US isn't entirely prepared for the sudden loss of economic activity from immigrants and foreign investors or importers. I support the current agenda but acknowledge that we are actually creating deflationary circumstances which could shock markets. I think this is why Trump is so hard on JPow right now, if it starts to spiral it's really hard to catch it in time.

What has always caused, reality.
Something that won't hold the weight of current scams any longer, people will try to withdraw, or wales will dump some of their reserve and the crude realization will hit.
>oh shit, no.
When that happens its too late.

Something I noticed with all the crashes I have studied, is that it's always a combination of a repackaging of the idea of a free lunch, debt and greed, it is that simple, in my experience. Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market has all of that, and no product after 16 years. I have read the paper, some of the code and accompanied the creation and change of btc on and off throughout the years, and don't believe it was created as a scam, I truly don't, nonetheless, the monstrosity it became it's not short of it.

the interest payments on western debt+the fact that unlike the previous recession since the 90s there isn't any cheap credit left to plug the hole. the result will be a total irrecoverable meltdown of the European economy, a dead cat bounce for America and mass immigration in east Asia, followed by the total collapse of everything in 30 years.

I don't know exactly what will cause it, but the the crash is going to extra fucking hard when bail-ins happen and proles learn that they do not actually own securities - they have "security entitlements"

>Letโ€™s say that you have purchased an automobile for cash. Having no debt against the vehicle, you believe that you now own it outright. Despite that, the auto dealer has been allowed by a newly invented legal concept to treat your car as his asset, and to use it as collateral to borrow money for his own purposes. Now the auto dealer has become bankrupt, and your vehicle along with all of the others sold by the dealer are seized by certain secured creditors of the dealership, with no judicial review being necessary, as legal certainty was previously established that they have absolute power to take your car in the event of the bankruptcy of the dealer.

This has already been done quietly behind the scenes. The Uniform Commercial Code is going to fuck every single person who has assets in a custodial account.

โ€ข Ownership of securities as property has been replaced with a new legal concept of a "security entitlement", which is a contractual claim assuring a very weak position if the account provider becomes insolvent.
โ€ข All securities are held in un-segregated pooled form. Securities used as collateral, and those restricted from such use, are held in the same pool.
โ€ข All account holders, including those who have prohibited use of their securities as collateral, must, by law, receive only a pro-rata share of residual assets.
โ€œRe-vindication,โ€ i.e. the taking back of oneโ€™s own securities in the event of insolvency, is absolutely prohibited.
โ€ข Account providers may legally borrow pooled securities to collateralize proprietary trading and financing.
โ€ข "Safe Harbor" assures secured creditors priority claim to pooled securities ahead of account holders.
โ€ข The absolute priority claim of secured creditors to pooled client securities has been upheld by the courts.
