Unless the YouTuber gave a specific disclaimer that the information they were providing is not financial advice, then you have got them by the balls. Hang on to your receipts, write down the URL of the video that convinced you to sell your Ethereum and contact a tort lawyer. Any lawyer worth a damn will see this case is an easy slam dunk and they will take you on as a client on the spot. They may even waive the retainer, because you have such a strong case.
