Use it to pay your mortgage or general bills you pay in cash if there isn't an associated card fee. You will earn 4.1% on USDC you hold in account to spend on the card as well which is nice but I would not leave much on there and would transfer all your crypto to your own cold wallets upon purchase. Something to consider if you haven't already is if you have money sitting in a checking account at all, I would move it to a pure government money market account to earn 4%. They are backed by treasuries which are frankly more secure than bank deposit guarantees from an FDIC that can only insure like 3% of total assets so it is high yielding/safe.

If you use Fidelity I know for sure you can very easily (online by yourself) setup a cash management account as well which is FDIC insured I believe and you can move money to and fro your money market core cash position immediately. You will automatically be sent a debit card from your cash management account and have bank numbers and everything and I think they will also send you a pad of checks. It is like a checking account except you can earn way higher with immediate transfer in the moneymarket. If you want to stick with FDIC insurance, you can alternately get 2% by switching your core cash position to their option for that called FCASH (F for Fidelity) which is higher than 0% in checking at the bank.
