>>60639185Seriously though most of those frozen dinners only have 300-500 calories in them, you'd have to be TRYING to get fat

>>60638039 (OP)Soda and tea are cheap. There are a lot of people in the U.S that literally never drink water or anything that doesn't have sugar in it.

You either don't know how to shop and/or cook or America is just insanely expensive. List how much you're spending and on what.
I've tell you retards every time you make these threads but I spend under £50 a week and have three BIG home cooked meals a day and that's without any real effort to save money.

I made this list in a couple of minutes so it's a rough idea but if that's not enough food for you you're already fat and if that costs too much you're destitute, I even rounded all the prices up.
>>60639675WTF? I eat a third of that in a day and I'm 36lb overweight
Liquid calories, specifically liquid fructose. Ever see a fat 300lb normie? They drink a bottle of Coke after every meal. That's 240 calories of fructose which converts directly to fat since it bypasses the insulin cycle.
America desperately, desperately needs to be running PSAs 24/7 saying "Soda and other fructose or sugary drinks can cause obesity."
