Idk I think I am most everyone am in a good spot. Most everyone I know got a CS degree (programming and/or Software Development) whioch usually nets about a starting AVERAGE minium salary of about 250k a year which evolves to 325k usually averaging after a year or two then promotion. IT cointues to scale, at like 40 realisticaelly youu can be SWE 8 or 9 and make 700 k which is good since by then you have ahouse and some money in the stock market,. That's why it is going up since most everyone has a 4 year CS degree and mkaes btwen 200 and 325k depening on if they havebeen working for a year or 3 or 4.
