Corporations are treating mcwagie minimum wage positions like it is a privilage not, a right to work. The entire hiring process is a fucking humiliation ritual. Fuck communism but during that era atleast they gave jobs for everyone.

communism is not inherently bad, it's that corrupt politicians always fuck it up like every other system, capitalism included.

You realize we have MULTIPLE monopolies in existence today despite antitrust laws? Why? How is that? Because corrupt politicians are happy to allow for legal loopholes if it means they line their pockets. Now we are so far gone (fucked) that the world will never be the same. Google literally runs the planet. You can not be a business anymore and succeed if Google decides to fuck you. Google kills businesses all the time with simple algorithmic changes. Think about that.

Probably, nepotism helps though. The only job I managed to get didn't have an interview, just an online personality test that you can lie on. This is after 2700 job applications over 4 years. I don't have a social media account under my name, hate talking to people, don't have the normie broccoli haircuts etc. Still a better wagie than anyone else at the job, but it is what it is.

Dude. Just start a company, it takes 10 minutes, a page of paperwork, and a filing fee of $60. Become self-employed to pad the gaps in your resume... At least, in Alberta (Canada) it's that easy. Hoping you're local enough to benefit from my advice...

I have no idea how taxation systems work down South, but here there are tons of small business grants and tax credits that don't go to the big multinational corporations that OP is complaining about. Snag yourself one of the thousands of free money opportunities from the government and you're well on your way to becoming a successful business owner. If the government'll pay for you to set up your business, then all you're left to do is profit from your hard work. It's pretty straightforward up here.

https://www.canada.ca/en/services/benefits/finder.html

I'm not sure if the US has something similar, maybe try the small business administration...? Hopefully this helps though.

If humans are minted every day, that means more human needs are also being minted every day. More human needs SHOULD mean more jobs needed to meet those needs. The only reason it wouldn't is if the new humans can't afford to pay the jobs. Theoretically, there should be more than enough resources currently to meet all needs so the problem must be that job suppliers are not meeting job creation demand, either because they aren't aware of it or don't think it profitable enough to do so. The solution, therefore, must be to re-apportion job creation from the currently over-centralized distribution into a more decentralized, agile, and locallly-responsive distribution.

The factory that's supposed to increase production for the increasing people don't exist they just build another apartment complex and mcdonalds.
There's only so many cushy high paying do fuckall jobs to go around for any society. What we're seeing now is the result of the financial predators basically gnawing at the fucking bones for the meat of what used to be the real economic wealth. Currency tomfuckery aside before the industrial revolution people made their wealth with their bare hands in ways most people these days would have a hard time imagining. People don't produce hardly anything. It's mostly middlemen bullshit or work that a monkey could do such as food. The wagie at mcdonalds produces french fries. That's not a cash crop nor product that can afford the same sort of luxurious lifestyle that working on an assembly line manufacturing wheels for cars does. The real jobs have been outsourced and the high paying upper managment jobs are already taken the ladder has been pulled up leaving jobs that don't pay enough for the mid 20th century baby boomer economic living standards.
Also
>30 years
No way in hell this financial system survives another 30 years. Nobody with an IQ in the triple digits can genuinely and unironically believe that.

I was unemployed for 1.5 years after going back to school to do a masters, I'll never let go of a job until I have another lined up (so never basically). Everything is a commodity now, every last dollar is being squeezed. In 20 years society will be completely segregated into owner and worker classes with the owner class running everything including police (right to violence) and politics and everything else. Workers will be paid so little that the moment they stop working they'll be unable to afford the necessities to sustain life like drinkable water. Forest tent cities will start to pop up with names like "Jango" and "Xamba" for people who want to live communist lifestyles without money.

As I was getting at, the solution is redistribution. Get the power of job creation (wealth) out of the miserly hands of monolithic producers and into the hands of millions of people who have needs to be met and you create the conditions for a renaissance of entrepreneurship that can employ all who want to work. The economy is too top-heavy after over forty years of the previous dementia-riddled Republican golden calf's retarded voodoo supply-side economics.
