The CLARITY bill lays out a framework for what qualifies as a "mature digital asset", HBAR is one of the few that actually qualifies today. Regardless, XRP/XLM/HBAR are going to see a mega-bullrun. All of price movement leading up to this point will be a drop in the bucket.

Two primary things: must be US based and not a foreign entity (so, not ADA or LINK who try hard to pretend to be US based but really aren't), and must control less than 20% of the total supply. XRP and XLM will need to make some adjustments to fit that criteria, but likely will. HBAR currently meets it. Given everything, it's extremely undervalued. Personally I'm bullish on all three, but probably XRP and HBAR more than XLM in the long-term.
