Have you ever had a panic attack from holding crypto?

No all my money in crypto I view the same as gambling money
The second I buy a shitcoin I consider my money already lost

No because nothing ever happened anymore. See? We just had euphoria again for like an hour but now it's slamming back down.

No, but often a deep weariness and endless despair. The worst thing is that I'm in the positive, but it won't be enough. I'm constantly piling up money, but I'm very poor because I'm disabled after falling off a roof. I can only invest $200 a month. It will never be enough... and yet I'm hanging on.

My very first time after I bought DOGE in 2021. I remember I was down $2k and felt physically sick to the stomach. Fast forward to earlier this year I was down 6 figures and I didnt even bat an eyelid kek.

No, not even when I lost $4k due to ICP four years ago. I have become numb to it and have accepted that all money is fake and I will either become rich from my current holdings or I won't. Shrimple as that

In 2023, I sold a bag of a certain ai token (at a loss mind you) that was crabbing for nearly a year. About 2 months later that same bag was worth over $1m. The bag was worth less than $10k when I sold it. I’m pretty sure the mental damage it caused me was permanent

I had a panic attack from realizing I should have sold crypto. In fact, I had a few. However, they were also brought on by being at a terrible job simultaneously. I threw away retirement and had to suffer the reality quite badly.

I currently have thousands of dollars on pic related. Anxiety is practically all I know. I've been an anxious, restless person since high school, probably got some form of ADHD as the cherry on top because I've never visited a shrink because surprise I 'don't feel like it' year after year.
