It's humans in general.. Like our identity is mostly constructed in an antagonistic manner, I'm A because the B people sucks.
It's also the fundamental of group dynamics, what defines your group - is what separates it from other groups, and in-group dynamic inevitable leads to hating these other groups (build cohesion, defines the group and showcase loyalty to the group).

Like the only exception is us hating on Reddit users, because those guys are genuinely pathetic.
