In dollars it would be alot higher relative to your initial staking deposit valuation. But priced in ETH it will be about the same, 3% + Mev fees + Tips which is higher when there is alot of traffic + theres a chance your validator may propose a new block. But ya 3% is the standard, Eth's inflation rate is 0.6% a year.
Yeah, staking rewards are based on quantity, not price. Whatever the price is your rewards stay the same
