Israeli here.
I served 2013-2016 and the rates were 800 NIS ($250) a month for non-combatants and 1600 NIS ($500) for combatants.
It's probably slightly higher now.
You have minimal expenses, you get fed, you have a uniform and you don't pay rent so it's not too bad.
