You need logo/branding, website, socials, google business listing (if store or service business) and make sure you have worksafe, business license, liability insurance and you register your business and get a business number.

If you can afford a book keeper get one otherwise get quick books to keep track of everything so you can file your taxes properly.

To run a small business you need to make profit. You can take loan to get started so long as after interest expense and loan payment you still have enough take home profit to get by.

To grow you hire more people and network with other businesses or people that could use your services or you can buy new more efficient equipment or spend money on marketing and do your own marketing on your socials.
