THIS. are we seriously to believe that all of satoshi's family members just have the same mindset as him? no that's ridiculous. eventually someone that knew satoshi will find a way to get to those btc and sell it for themselves regardless of his morals.

and then maxis say bitcoin isnt centralised when this ambigious entity called satoshi nakamoto filled its own bags at launch and holds 5% of the total supply. which is the exact same thing other crypto projects do but you call them centralised. couple that with the few other entities who hold a shitload of it and tell me how that shit is decentralised and how your own penny bags are not totally compromised and ready to blow up at any moment.

why wouldnt "he" you dont even know if its a "he" or "she" or an organisation or the cia or whatever the fuck.
you dont even know who youre talking about and youre trying to guess what this unknown entity is going to do.
>why would he destroy his creation?
it wouldnt destroy it it would just crash the price and lets not kid ourselves, every bitcoin maxi holds bitcoin to make gains, not because they worship and believe in le blockchain technology.

That is something different, and I respect THAT point of view, but if I, or any of us were satoshi, we probably have thought on what to do to prevent things like that, it's even more easy when you have a shit ton of trillions of dolars. Yet it is possible of course, but Satoshi knew BTC would be 1M from the start, if he could predict something so specific then i'm not worried about it

yes satoshi could have prevented all of this by simply not owning over 1 million coins.
i've never read an answer for why he held on to so many. why not give them away, etc.

That's where you miss it, I'm not a fanatic or even invest in BTC. But even I understand how devs are trying to make the new frontier, web3.0. Not only for payments or "money" but a new era of internet, and all of that started with Satoshi, to me it's even bigger than money, but for others it's just "not only about money", but future. When you are able to do that then you are actually changing the world in some way.

yeah but bitcoin is supposed to be an escape from the elites and their bank printing.

now there's a looming cloud of a 5% dev wallet.
at some point bitcoin code needs to be upgraded/forked just to prevent anyone from accessing these coins.

using the pareto principle, 20% of elites are responsible for vast majority of policy. that makes their number even smaller

One of the best attacks against them would be to create bitcoin and nurture a network of supporters. this redistributes wealth and power in a peaceful way

now go on jewtube and look at some goyslop from fox. every week I see trump offspring shilling the corn. Does that sound like what i'm describing above?

the best part about your whole thread, IMO, is how you don't understand what qualifies as "centralization" in blockchains... in 2025
here's a hint: ask GPT to explain to you how do you determine it
it's funny seeing you humiliate yourself on the internet like this, but also very cringe
