I watched my half a mill bag bleed to nothing during the 2018 dump. I've been pretty passive and tuned out ever since. Every year or so, there's a brief euphoric period where I am refreshing my portfolio multiple times a day. Usually I'm on the cusp of hitting 6 figures yet again. And I feel as though there's plenty more to come. There's always a new narrative. This time it's US legislature and ETF's pouring billions into ETH. Genius Act! Eth to 8k! But always, without fail, the boulder falls backwards and leaves me back to where I was. Year after year. Because I hate selling in the red.

So do I stay in this perpetual cycle, and hope that this time is different? Or do I sell now, far short of generational wealth, hoping for the crash that never comes

If you feel over risked then lock in some gains.

sell like 10% of your stuff. If it goes down buy back eventually, if keeps going up, consider selling another 10% way later down the line

Nobody has a crystal ball, best you can do is make a move where you are happy whether it goes down or up

I lost 95% of everything in the 2018 bubble, but today I'm well above that peak. The lesson that you should have learned here is to never bet against the King.
