Just get a blackout curtain and cover any sources of light like microwave LED with a shirt or piece of cardboard. Boom. It’s “night” and you can go to sleep

easy fix, either don't take days off or keep the same schedule. also, you should endeavor to sleep from 1-10pm everyday. the idea is to wake and go straight into work to avoid the 3am doldrums. also, get some whole food magnesium. i recommend the Garden of Life - Raspberry Lemon flavor. i take it with raspberry zinger tea.
also, limit yourself to one cup of coffee a night.
