The best credit score has a dozen cards open for 30 years with no late payments and uses 1 dollar on each one with a cl of $50k a pop. The person has applied for 0 new loans or credit cards in the last 2 years but also has a mortgage, home loan and student loan with $1 left on each.
Work backwards to see how you get to that, but it involves doing shit that will crash your credit score short term. Which is fine. Because you kind of have 3 buckets to aim for:
>You're not a high risk subhuman with problems
>You're good enough for the next credit cards>You get the absolute lowest mortgage rate
