Wtf happened to apartment buildings? Why is every high rise a condo now? I don't some to pay for a shitty gym, sauna, security, a game room, and all these other bullshit "amenities" that I will never use. What happened to those 6-10 story buildings where you could rent a place affordably and all you had was a laundry room in the basement and a super who would fix your toilet when it wouldn't flush anymore?
