I wish someone'd told me Bitstamp is a scam before I wired them 25k.
They froze my assets for KYC verification, which is fine in itself but now I've been reading experiences from other people and they all say Bitstamp basically froze their accounts forever and keeps the money.

Funnily enough the least scamming exchanges for me were bitmex and binance. Both kraken and coin base fucked me by holding funds forever

That's brutal, how can that be?

Anyway, I noticed that they only blocked crypto withdrawals from the time being. I sold my assets at a slight loss, and withdrew fiat asap. I don't trust these people after reading what I read.

500 bucks for a lesson learnt.
So, what exchange is actually trustworthy these days?
