So you either sell cheap bootleg "purebreeds" without papers, or pay a huge fee to get breeding rights from someone. The upfront costs make it almost impossible for most people to start doing this. Plus ya know you need to get the shots and vet checkups and all that shit. Oh, and you need to keep the dogs in perfect conditions. Let a nosey karen or a competing breeder find out your dogs live in less than ideal conditions and the police will be knocking at your door pretty quick.
