>6 month contract
>4 month work
>no taxes due to maritime law
>no rent
>free food and drink
>>60725369 (OP)Are you Filipino and willing to work for $3 a day? No? Sorry, not hiring.
You forgot
>all the employees are Philippinos working for slave wages
>>60725369 (OP)It's not as nice as you think.
It's just a different flavor of wagislavery

>>60725422I think for me being an engineer would be the most comfy
>>60725369 (OP)>>6 month contract
>>4 month work
6 month contract, 2 month extension, 4 month vacation per year or less
>>no taxes due to maritime lawyou work on the ship you don't own it, you pay taxes when you're home (they're usually heavily reduced), no international maritime regulation covers taxation of seafarers
>>60725422>Officers (Navigation / Engineering) $4,000–$10,000+ Similar Salaries are high and often tax-advantaged.that should say 14k+ not 10
and mention the 50-84 hour work week and for everyone above as well
>>60725430it's anywhere between 86 to 140 degrees down there (have to keep the diesel bellow flash point, comfort was never a consideration)
>>60725369 (OP)Waging slaving fat and crusty boomers for eternity on a bigmac cruiseship full of waterobics and lard arses. Nah
>>60725369 (OP)Most cruise ship staff get paid fuck all, shit and also diarrhea spreads like crazy.
>>60725369 (OP)ive been on this ship, its literally all foreigners, lots of jeets. You are working like 16 hour days bro
>>60725369 (OP)If you are above average looking you will get tons of sex from the female workers. I hear the work isn’t the best though but being locked up on a boat really helps you get laid which is a big perk and you get to travel around which is fun if that is your thing
>>60725369 (OP)You work your ASS off on a cruise ship unless you're highly specialized in your field of work. If you're just a generic "hospitality employee", you're not gonna have a good time, but you will save quite a bit of money.
There's backstage roadie gigs nobody ever considers. A coworker used to do lighting for cruise performances and bagged a hot dancer wife. I applied but honestly I don't want (insert racist comment here)
>>60725369 (OP)I'm a field service engineer right now....I have considered doing this for a couple years after I burn out but have enough money stacked to not care anymore. If I can pad my 401k/ss tax for a couple more years while banging milfs on a boat, it would increase my chances of my inevitble 72t lasting long enough.
>>60725386Deadass those underpaid Flips on the cruise ships are friendly as fuck. I tipped mine like $10 at the end of the trip.
>>60727051can't believe they're still banning us for that
>>60725369 (OP)It used to be but they did what everyone is doing and started bringing in cheap third-world labour and made everything really shitty.
I worked in the casino industry and in the 80's and early 90's casino staff had passenger cabins, a good wage and tips so they managed to save almost everything they saved while on their contracts. When I went for an interview they wanted to pay you out of your tips, you had to buy your own uniform and you lived in crew quarters with Philippinos.
Fuck that nonsense.
>>60725369 (OP)>Filipinos everywhere>rich white people about to die from the all the debauchery and money wastingUnironically sounds like a perfect job to scam retards if you're a flip.
I was considering getting a job on cruise as a blackjack dealer. I am an online blackjack dealer anyway, so I don't think it's much worse on a cruise.
>>60725422>plus tipsWho the fuck would tip on a cruise? Lmao Americans are retarded
>>60725369 (OP)>no taxes due to maritime lawNo you're still forced to pay taxes.
>>60727076elaborate on the banging milfs experiences
>>60727833No boat miles yet...maybe I wasn't clear but I'm an FSE in a different industry, not cruise ships, but I think I could land the gi with my experience. I imagine the bartender have an easier time than the engineers with the milfs though
>>60725430LMAO
Do you even know what a naval engineer doe? They aren't desk wagies who sit in an office all day making spreadsheets and 3D models like most regular engineers. They work in fucking boilerrooms. They are called engineers because in the ships ENGINES, you dumb ass. It's not comfy at all.
>>60726685Also what this guy
>>60726679 said.
There are so many cruise ship employees from literally every single place on Earth that it's exceedingly easy to get laid with a cutie from every ethnic group imaginable.
>>60725369 (OP)> no taxesIt doesn’t matter where you make your money, if you’re American, you have to pay your taxes.
>>60725369 (OP)>no taxes due maritime lawyeah and the wages are much lower for this reason, you dont get to earn easy money, wagie.
>>60727870Yea I know what they do, I did electrical on a ship for a bit. For me its comfy
>>60725386imagine being a hot blonde woman and going on one of these cruises. flip man takes your bags to your room, expects a tip. i push him onto the bed and fuck him silly.
i want to make some thirdie dreams come true.
>>60725369 (OP)Only time I went on one, none of the employees were American, so guessing it's not very high pay.
Also, modern cruises are full of black people
In general, they're an outdated hookup / party thing from the days when people couldn't as easily figure out what cool things there were to do locally, and if they traveled outside the US, it was scary and they needed to go as a group with tour guides who can make sure they don't get lost.
I’ve worker on yachts, cruise lines, and entry level park labour (currently a park ecologist) and I can tell you
Pay is pretty good, the time off even better. But the main reason people get into all 3 is remote attachment free sex. Personally I had sex with somewhere in the 20s with cougar cruisers, did it for the tips (that ranged from 1000 to 10000 peak) and a handful of stews/park girls.
I say attachment free but I’d advise against having sex with the cruise/park girls. There’s going to be drama if you let yourself get caught in it, and whoever you fuck will have been fucked by every single other guy working on the boat too, and most of the rich passengers too. They’re whores. Definitely do not under any circumstance date one of them.
As for my current park job ironically part of my duty is literally to unhook the kids (park aides) from each others orifices so that they actually do work. If you’re a pedo it’s a pretty great place to work since usually the max age to do it is 30 but the minimum is 15-16 usually. I even threatened to kill a ~29 year old last year at gunpoint for diddling one of the younger girls. I think I put the fear of god in him that day.
But yeah, it’s just a whorehouse disguised as employment. And the job of any supervisor immediately becomes making sure we don’t get sued for sex related crimes. Same thing on cruises and yachts. The first mate is usually just resolving sex drama
>>60725369 (OP)Do you want to spend 100% of your time surrounded by minorities?
