A guy I watch in Lvov says the Polish are buying up real estate and building apartments like crazy. Are we missing and opportunity here? One day the fighting will end and Western Ukraine will probably be some kind of microstate getting loads of free gibs from the EU.

That was the first thing I thought. Like do they assume if Ukraine is dissolved that Lvov will just be annexed by Poland. Then it seems like a cheap way to get some Polish land that will also get lots of EU gibs to develop things.
