>>60732725Yeah it was ragebait. I disabled my teams notifications and barely put in enough efffort so they cant fire me, but they would rather shovel the important tasks to people that are coping in here complaining about being worked like a dog.
The helping others is true though, i get pinged alot with basic questions. Its to a point where everyone hates some of the escalated support staff because the company has issues with training their employees. I just know that if tier 3 isnt answering questions the whole ship goes down. But then again, why would i push myself up the ladder with more responsibilities for only an extra 3 dollars an hour (literally)
I rarely ask questions though and push my luck with automatically escalating cases. As long as i keep getting a raise and my quarterly performance reviews are above a 3 out of 5 then im not complaining.
