Im a boomer-light, I have stocks and PM, I also have some money in bitcoin, bought at 70k. I purely hold long term, don’t plan on selling before I retire, and depending on how good my pension will be, might even just pass these assets on to my boys. If I don’t plan to trade or sell, is it worth it to also stack some alts? If so which ones?

i would absolutely not "hold" anything until retirement. these are speculative assets and btc might as well dump to 0 next bear market. you don't know what will happen even if you think you do, especially when you think you have it all figured out is when you actually have nothing figured out and the market will rape you.
so yeah make your gains and sell, you can hold a small portion but you gotta sell at some point.
