Money makes people weird. They tend to think you owe them something, and you don't! Same thing happened to me with my people. I was saving for a house, and all of a sudden nearly everyone was around me with their hands out...and if you don't help them when they "need it", you are so bad, you arethe worst because you just have so much!!

I've never had trouble with people asking me for money. I give it away freely. I just bought my best friend a cheap used car because his broke down. No one I know ever asks me for money but they also know I'll help them any way I can.

All I did was tell a coworker I'd bought some back in 2015. In 2017 when it blew up to $20K, he suddenly tried to pretend he was my best buddy, he kept inviting me out for drinks, and then one night he tried drugging me to rob me of it. Luckily I managed to stumble out of the bar and get a cab back to my apartment, where the doorman helped me upstairs before I went completely unconscious for the next 22 hours.
