old guard "conservative" (i dont mean this politically) investment strategy in general is finished, the "economy" is just AI that will never turn a profit but grows infinitely regardless. no more exposure aversity, you either pour your money into the same 7 companies, or you fuck off

Berkshire insider here. The people at robin energy are btc insiders with saylor and this stocks chart is shaped like a boat. They just bought almost 10 million in btc recently, which caused about a 5% dip in bitcoin and they own two boats instead of just one. Last time i checked, two is twice as many as one, which is how many they had before. Plus, their secretary is bretty cute, nice feet.

This old fart knew about Bitcoin all the way back in like 2011 and allowed his large ownership of banks to cloud his judgement instead of hedging his bets by buying a few million dollars worth of Bitcoin. What an idiot

I think it only dropped by a maximum of 23.X%. Maybe the magic threshold just wasn't broken. Or they might be waiting for a full 30%. They have no real pressure and statistically it tends to happen every 8 to 10 years apparently.

This.....the second oldest sovereign city state in jeetland (chennai corp) is still up and running. Old money is still quite comfy.

My exe's inlaws were given massive shares of gazprom once ussr collapsed....they sold in the mid 90s. They hate their life.

Of course not. But the performance currently is abysmal. Could have a lot to do with the weakening dollar. Meaning as soon as the usd currency strengthens again (which will happen as soon as potus quits shenanigans) it will correct upwards based on that alone.
