Pulsechain was visited by glow niggers and Richard was not able to admit it or they would fucking kill him. If Pulsechain managed to get a stablecoin it would have been too disruptive.

As far as I know it never got a stablecoin setup. The chain itself is functional it does everything it needs to do. But if you cant tether your money to avoid getting rekt during a bear market then you have to leave the chain. This is the only reason I am not swinging INC because it has really solid technicals and is uncorrelated with the entire market.
