I have $320k. How big of a loan could I take out to buy/start a business? I still have a job but I'd be nice to quit and just have something the runs easily

>runs easily
thats not what money means
money is crystalized human potential
if you have if the only way to keep it is to give life to that human potential
that birth is never easy or "passive"

nobody sells a good business, with a couple hundred grand you are only buying somebody elses problem.

think long and hard about what you are really good at or what yout hink you could do well when compared to others in the space. chances are there is a business there for you, and if there isn't then this game is not for you. \

bottom line: it isnt easy it's hell no matter what.

They aren't giving a loan that big without a house tied to it.

that's not true at all. SBA loans are 20% down with the acquired assets as collateral.

What's the difference between 320k in assets and cash vs a $320k house?

If I put the 320k down as 20%, I could probably use $1,600,000 for something good maybe

the only way you're getting that much collateral at market value is if you're buying buildings.

they don't give loans to people with 0 business experience

they barely give loans to people with decades of experience. Business loans are damn near impossible to get.
