I got a job but I quit after a year because my coworkers were giganormies who kept making fun of me and calling me shit at my job because I didn't want to pretend to be their friend and shoot the shit with them in the office. Holy fuck is that all the white collar world is? I have to go to adult daycare and live out petty highschool drama for the rest of my life until I can retire? Yeah, I want out.

Also despite being among the younger team members, handling office booba well is leading to a leadership position earlier than I thought. My raises are justified because I work well, but also can handle the estrogen around the office.

Why do people on here constantly complain about socializing with coworkers? At my last job that was BY FAR the least stressful bit. What I couldn't stand was the out of touch management and unreasonable deadlines and piling on of extra work (no real reward for merit) and getting passed over for promotion for the pettiest reasons.
