First of all, the up-front investment is substantial, especially if you want something bigger than a cafe. Good luck "starting out" with someone like a KFC or Mcdonalds, never happening, but you can see that on this chart too.
The Dunkin Donuts requirement here seems a tad high to be honest, but your still looking at 6 figure even for a small one. Then, even if youre smart and business savy, the franchise licensers don't really give a fuck, they want people with previous experience AND they want you to manage multiple stores.
And you have to adhere to retarded policies like with dunkin donuts overproducing donuts that where you have to throw away 2/3s every day because you have buy quotas.
So if you want guaranteed money, just be a wagie. This is just being a slave in a silver (not even golden) cage.
