State your age, time in current field of work and degree, along with however many layoffs you have had...and I guess like demographics and region if you want...I know some people here worry about opsec.

-Demographics-
27 Male
White and blonde (attractive if that matters)
Philly region
-Career-
Bachelors in Psychology
Masters in Accounting
5 years of relevant work experience
Laid off 5 times.

I have the system down at this point for post layoffs...month 1 after layoff is always lots of calls with recruiter ghosting, month 2 is dead, month 3 is like four calls and an offer I dont want, month 4-6 is me working a job I dont want while getting the job I need to advance my career...then layoff occurs and I repeat.

Advice for anyone looking...Ignore all recruiting agencies cause they just waste your time and never respond to head hunters, only apply direct through the company website and work on a general resume that gets through ATS...I lied about my first 2 years of work experience and I have not regretted it as it gets me jobs.

Legit curious how other types of people or regions are...im considering moving for better work prospects and am also considering leaving the US for nations with more work.

My wife is Egyptian and her family is doing better in Egypt than we are doing in the US...I dont speak any arabic but considering they are desprate for skilled white collar workers and cost of living is stupid cheap there I think it makes sense to look outside of the west for work as the empire continues to fall.

White
Houston
BS in Computer Science
36 years of relevant experience, though the relevance of Zetalisp, Smalltalk, Forth, and Modula-2 is probably debatable today.
Laid off 0 times. Though I've survived probably a dozen layoffs over 5 different employers. I don't even lose sleep at layoffs anymore, getting laid off is something that only happens to other people.

I just got fired last month after job hopping.
I don't understand how it happened to me. Wouldn't have gotten laid off if I had stayed at the company I hopped from.
