it's not immutable in the way a normal rollup is, you are dependent on the off-chain evaluator and if it goes offline you are toasted

For all intents and purposes every rollup is like this, see for example Base when it went offline for 30 minutes. Sure, in the case of Base and other OP chains you can force a transaction in after waiting 12 hours, but 12 hours per transaction is pretty terrible.

yeah you're dependent on their sequencer, but because it's a smart contract on Ethereum, the state is all on-chain and anyone can manually withdraw back to L1
