Eliminating physical bodies for customer service positions just doesn't work regardless of race. It's an unspoken rule that 10% of your job is keeping the general riff raff out. But the employers figured out they can just pay indians and mexicans a fraction of what the americans need to live, and so wages are just a race towards the bottom.

That’s why you only see no-whites in the service industry outside of waiters that get good tips. Also why I refuse to eat at restaurants, because I know who/what is in the kitchen and how many shortcuts they take.
