We first need to liquidate all the ETH haters that have to cover their shorts at 4K. After that the ATH will fall fast and then we'll be in price discovery mode for a while. And all of this while Wall Street and Big Tech will settle on the Eth L2 ecosystem as the default one. And at one point the Fed will inevitably find a reason to loosen/print again.
