>just find an employer that has a 24/7 private gym at their headquarters that also has 160lb dumbbells

Holy shit and they pay 100k per year for me to just send 10 emails a day.

I recommend anyone to speedrun 6 days a week for 4 months straight. Im at curling 35lbs for 15 reps

Restarting doing 20lbs was my limit

It means work out 6 days a week every week in the beginning and then decide if you wanna slow down and maintain for a bit.

Normally people start out with 3 to 4 days for beginners but ive found it to be too little when starting.

If you can steal jeff nippards' guides online i recommend that to start with. Particularly his fundamentals for beginners.

I recommend a simple PPL routine. Start with low weights and perfect your form. Keep track with an app like Strong and steadily go up by 5-10% every week. Before you know it, you'll be squatting and deadlifting 4 plates.

I always loved Jeff but he lost a lot of respect and credibility with that recent video about natural vs steroid lifters. Multiple guys were clearly juiced to the gills yet he claimed everyone was natty because he's trying to appeal to the fitness influencer space. I was really disappointed, but otherwise he's pretty good.

Even better to have an employer than lets you work remote so you can enjoy your home gym in peace where you can use chalk, fart loud ones, drink shakes, take long rests between sets, and grunt freely while lifting.
The downside is no gym bunnies to stare at (solved by TV), lack of machines (solved by creativity and compromise), and no one to spot for you (solved by safety bars for the rack).
