What are some good brands of deenz or other canned fish? Had picrel for lunch and really enjoyed it

picrel is my favorite at the pricepoint, around $4-5/can. other good brands are king oscar like you got, flower, and brunswick (shitty plastic packaging but the deenz are good). avoid fishwife for trying to make sardines trendy and vomit packaging and chicken of the sea because they taste awful

I saw those at World Market a few months ago for like 10 dollars a can. That's some fucking marketing they've got going on if people are willing to pay that much for canned fish.

sardines won't give you mercury anon, for the main fact they don't live long enough to accumulate mercury. tuna is way higher than sardines could ever be. you'd get gout from sardines before you'd get problems from mercury

hate sardines and all the gay threads about them. force myself to eat 1 tin a week just for nutrients and shit. packed full of amazing stuff but absolutely shit tier tasting
