The gravy appears to be from a can or jar. Breading ground beef seems odd but you did give it a foreign name. Looks like slightly burned croquettes or crab cakes, but that's how I like them. I'd totally eat your plate, OP.

I took the picture at night, but I think it's about normal.
Usually Danes add caramel colouring (pic related) to the gravy as a dark roux shortcut, and how much you add is based on how your parents made it.
